About Puneet

I believe that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without condition—and I aim to create a space where my clients can safely explore their inner worlds, express their struggles, and grow at their own pace.

Hi, I am Puneet - I endeavor to offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental environment to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward living a fuller, more meaningful life. My personal and academic journey has deepened my interest in human behaviour and strengthened my belief that everyone deserves to live a life that feels good on the inside—not just one that looks good on the outside.

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or burnout, I meet them where they are with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help individuals get out of their own heads, reconnect with their values, and take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of themselves.

I bring a unique blend of experience from working in crisis intervention, client service, and community outreach. I’ve supported individuals in distress as a volunteer with the Fraser Health Crisis Line, mentored neurodiverse youth through coaching, and helped clients make emotionally significant decisions during my time as a Senior Advisor at Tesla. These roles have sharpened my ability to hold space, remain grounded under pressure, and communicate with clarity and care.

As a cisgender woman of Sikh heritage, I hold a deep appreciation for cultural identity and the importance of intersectionality in mental health. I strive to honor each person’s lived experience, recognizing how societal, cultural, and systemic factors shape well-being. I’m fluent in both English and Punjabi and have experience working with diverse populations, including South Asian communities and youth with disabilities.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in movement and mindfulness—whether that’s through hot yoga, long runs, nature walks, or traveling to new places. I also cherish time spent with my loved ones, including my dog, Scooby, who’s a big part of my support system. I'm grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside others on their healing journeys, and I’m excited to continue growing, both personally and professionally, as a clinician.
