Youth Counselling

 

It is an especially awkward and challenging time to be a teenager. Navigating the ever-changing emotional and physical experiences amongst the pressures of peers, social media and the state of the world can feel overwhelming. Deciphering your own needs can be confusing. A safe space and professional support can offer the guidance to explore and cope with your thoughts, feelings and the world in which we live.

Current rate: $150 for a 50 minute session

 

Fees as of January 1, 2026

Junior Counsellors (0-5 years experience) $160/50 min session

​

Intermediate Counsellors (5-10 years experience) $165/50 minute session

​

Senior Counsellors (10+ years experience) $170-175/50 minute session
